1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Dishtro. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our website, mobile app, or services (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you") and Dishtro ("we", "us", "our").
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dishtro account. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- The information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
3 100% Vegetarian Platform
Dishtro is a strictly vegetarian food delivery platform. We do not list, sell, or deliver any non-vegetarian food items including but not limited to meat, poultry, fish, or eggs. All restaurants and dishes on the platform are verified to be purely vegetarian.
If you believe a listed item is not vegetarian, please report it immediately via the in-app support channel.
4 Your Account
4.1 Registration
You register by providing your mobile number and verifying it via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account credentials confidential.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dishtro.in if you suspect any unauthorized use.
5 Orders & Payments
- Prices, taxes, and delivery fees are displayed before order confirmation.
- Once an order is placed, you are bound to pay for it unless cancelled per our cancellation policy.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
- Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the restaurant accepts them. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may attract a charge equivalent to the cost of items already prepared. For full details, see our in-app cancellation policy.
7 Delivery
Delivery times shown on the app are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, restaurant preparation time, or other factors. Dishtro is not liable for minor delays.
8 User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff, delivery partners, or restaurant employees;
- Create fake accounts or place fraudulent orders;
- Misuse promotional offers or coupon codes;
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Dishtro or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dishtro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
